Job Description

This role spans the academic year, from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, and offers the chance to influence multiple classrooms supporting 35-40 students in a specialized setting. Your work will focus on students in a setting 4 environment, serving those with the most intensive behavioral and physical challenges.

In this position, you'll concentrate your efforts within a single facility, collaborating with educators and staff across both South Education Center and North Education Center. This placement is ideal for professionals who thrive on complexity and wish to see the tangible results of their expertise in behavioral support.

What youll bring:

  • Active BCBA certification with schools-based experience
  • Background in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Experience working with setting 4 or comparable high-needs populations
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate on paperwork, debriefings, and ongoing data review
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families

What you'll do:

  • Oversee BCBA support across multiple classrooms
  • Deliver direct and consultative services for 35-40 students, focused on substantial behavioral and physical support needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention strategies
  • Lead and participate in debriefing sessions with staff members
  • Complete required documentation and reporting accurately and effectively

Youll work onsite for 37.5 hours each week. Travel professionals are welcome, and your specialized skills will be highly valued in this setting.
