Job Description
Opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in a school-based setting, located in Woodbury, MN. This contract position supports K-12 students, offering a meaningful role in educational behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to implement ABA strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Provide training and support to school personnel regarding behavioral techniques
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation effectively
Location: Woodbury, MN
Type: Contract
Schedule: 35 hours per week
