Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices for behavior intervention and data collection
- Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized programs
Responsibilities:
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to implement effective ABA strategies
- Supervise and train school staff in behavior management techniques and ABA methods
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed based on data analysis
- Document services and maintain accurate records according to school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights as part of the multi-disciplinary team
- Provide ongoing support and consultation for students requiring intensive behavioral support
