Desired Background:

• Current BCBA certification is required
• Prior experience working in school settings with students on the autism spectrum and/or with behavioral challenges

• Comfortable with conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Flexible and positive approach to partnering with educators, families, and paraprofessionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior support plans tailored to student needs
• Provide coaching and training for school staff and families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies
• Analyze behavioral data and prepare progress reports
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, contributing expertise during meetings and in documentation
• Model evidence-based interventions and approaches in classrooms
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and compliance standards in special education and behavior analysis
