What will help you shine in this role:
- Current Delaware BCBA license (required)
- Background working with early childhood and/or intensive needs populations
- Preference for individuals with previous school-based BCBA experience
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort and skill working fully onsite within a dynamic school environment
- Reliable transportation for daily travel
- Flexibility and readiness for fingerprinting compliance
- Commitment to consistent, full-time onsite availability
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral assessments and individualized support plans for students onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to optimize outcomes
- Provide training, consultation, and direct intervention as needed
- Attend professional development and in-service days as scheduled
- Track progress and adjust strategies for each student as required
- Champion positive behavior supports and evidence-based practices
