This contract opportunity focuses on providing behavioral analysis leadership within a specialized K8 program. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play an essential role in shaping effective strategies and fostering growth for students with unique learning needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware BCBA licensure is required
- Hands-on experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Background in behavioral oversight, program development, and supporting students with cognitive challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Strong documentation, assessment, and communication skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
- Develop, review, and oversee individual behavioral plans for K8 students
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support for staff and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Maintain compliance with school, state, and ethical guidelines
- Support the Meadowood Program on-site Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m.4:15 p.m., for the duration of the contract
