Qualifications & Experience
- Active BCBA licensure in Connecticut (CT)
- Current credentials and certifications required for BCBA practice in schools
- Experience developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Adaptability to support a variety of student needs and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and design evidence-based interventions
- Supervise and train school staff implementing behavior plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
