Job Description

Looking for your next professional opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst? This contract position offers the chance to support PreK programs across several schools near Middleburg, FL. As an itinerant BCBA, you will play a vital consultative role, helping staff build meaningful strategies for students across 5-7 campuses. The assignment begins August 10, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week onsite.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing
  • Experience in school settings, preferably with PreK or self-contained programs
  • Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments, data analysis, and interventions
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, model strategies, and coach staff
  • Excellent observation, communication, and documentation skills
  • Eligible and willing to undergo Florida school district fingerprinting requirements (previous prints through AHCA Clearinghouse may expedite process)

Your Role:

  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to teachers and staff in self-contained PreK classrooms
  • Observe classrooms, gather data, and help develop improvement strategies for student behavior
  • Model evidence-based interventions and assist teachers with implementing and monitoring plans
  • Participate in data collection and analysis, helping teams develop and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Offer ongoing support and professional development as part of a collaborative, student-focused environment

This is an in-person role (not open to teletherapy or remote work). Assignment details regarding specific schools will be confirmed, offering you the opportunity to have a broad, positive impact throughout the district.
