A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide valuable support in a school setting serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Key responsibilities include supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and managing a caseload of students requiring behavioral support. The role is structured for 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent and balanced schedule for work-life integration.
Qualifications and experience:
- BCBA Certification (required)
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and behavior management
