Your assignment encompasses school-based support across K-12th grade and the opportunity to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while implementing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for your caseload. Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Ability to supervise RBTs and oversee intervention programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students (K-12)
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to RBTs
- Implement, monitor, and adjust Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to ensure effective outcomes
- Maintain documentation and uphold compliance standards
