What Were Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Previous experience working in school-based settings is strongly preferred.
- Profound knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide support and training to school staff regarding best practices in behavior management.
- Oversee and monitor the implementation of behavior plans, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to ensure effective support.
- Document progress, maintain compliance with regulations, and contribute to IEPs as required.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
