• Active BCBA certification.
• Previous experience working in school-based settings is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide support and training to school staff regarding best practices in behavior management.
• Oversee and monitor the implementation of behavior plans, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to ensure effective support.
• Document progress, maintain compliance with regulations, and contribute to IEPs as required.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
