Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with data collection tools and progress monitoring
• Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students behavioral needs through observations, assessments, and data analysis
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
• Lead data-driven decision-making to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed
• Document all services, interventions, and progress notes in accordance with school requirements
• Support inclusive practices and promote a positive school climate
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
