Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with data collection tools and progress monitoring
- Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students behavioral needs through observations, assessments, and data analysis
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
- Lead data-driven decision-making to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed
- Document all services, interventions, and progress notes in accordance with school requirements
- Support inclusive practices and promote a positive school climate
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
