Job Description
Make a difference supporting PreK and elementary students through an impactful consult/coaching model! This contract opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert guidance and consultation across two school sites, helping educators and staff excel in their support of diverse learners.
This position offers a fulfilling schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, serving a caseload of approximately 65 students. As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with school teams to identify needs, develop actionable behavioral strategies, and promote positive outcomes for students.
Qualifications:
- Current MA BCBA credential required
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in behavioral consultation, coaching, and applied behavioral analysis
- Ability to support and train educators within PreK and elementary environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility when traveling between two nearby sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consultative and coaching support to staff, focusing on individualized student improvement plans
- Interpret data and make recommendations for effective behavioral interventions
- Engage in team meetings, offering actionable insights and professional development
- Maintain thorough documentation for all consultations and progress made
- Foster collaborative relationships with staff and families
