School Board Certified Behavior Analysts Job
Location: Mesquite, Texas
Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 37.5 hours per week
Position Overview:
A school district in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across the district. This itinerant role will provide services to both general education and special education populations, with a strong focus on addressing behavioral needs, supporting student success, and promoting equitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessment and intervention support for students across multiple campuses
- Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Support both general education and special education students
- Provide training and coaching to school staff on behavior strategies and best practices
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
Assignment Details:
- Itinerant role supporting various school sites based on district needs
- Caseload includes students across grade levels
Requirements:
- Active Texas BCBA certification required
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
