Qualifications:
- Active Texas Board Certified Behavior Analyst license
- Experience working in the school setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Train and support staff on behavior strategies and interventions
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
- Collaborate with school teams to promote equitable, data-driven supports
