Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Dallas, Texas area for the upcoming school year. This full-time contract position offers a consistent 37.5-hour schedule across five days, along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student growth, development, and success.  

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Board Certified Behavior Analyst license
  • Experience working in the school setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

  • Train and support staff on behavior strategies and interventions
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
  • Collaborate with school teams to promote equitable, data-driven supports

  • Located in the Dallas, Texas area
