Key Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience providing ABA services or behavior support in a K-12 school, clinic, or related environment
• Proficient in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, administrators, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining professional and ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine student behavioral needs and recommend targeted interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and parents/guardians to integrate behavior strategies into classroom routines
• Offer staff training and ongoing support in evidence-based behavioral practices
• Analyze data to track student progress, making timely adjustments to interventions as needed
• Attend eligibility and IEP meetings to provide insight and support collaborative planning
