Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children and students with behavioral challenges
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with staff, students, and families
  • Knowledge of current ABA methodologies and data-driven intervention planning

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
  • Design, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, aides, and other school staff
  • Facilitate professional development for school staff on behavioral interventions and ABA practices
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
