Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children and students with behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with staff, students, and families
- Knowledge of current ABA methodologies and data-driven intervention planning
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, aides, and other school staff
- Facilitate professional development for school staff on behavioral interventions and ABA practices
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
