Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience delivering ABA therapy or behavior interventions in a school, clinical, or pediatric environment
• Thorough understanding of FBA (Functional Behavior Assessments) and development of effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, SLPs, OTs, school psychologists, and families)
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students in diverse settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and data collection to design and implement robust behavioral programs
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and family members to promote student growth and engagement
• Provide direct, consultative, and indirect BCBA services as needed
• Offer training and guidance to educational staff on implementing strategies for behavior support
• Monitor, document, and adjust intervention plans based on progress and data analysis
• Maintain compliance with all relevant ethical, legal, and administrative guidelines
