Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents on effective behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and promote student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing guidance on behavioral goals and supports
• Collaborate regularly with school staff to foster a positive and supportive learning environment
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
