Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to create and implement functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design evidence-based intervention plans
• Passion for fostering success in diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to support student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to support students success
• Provide training and consultation to staff on best practices for behavior support and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Observe students in classroom and other school settings to offer recommendations and adjust interventions
• Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and compliance with relevant regulations
