Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience delivering ABA services in a school or educationally focused setting
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to work both independently and as a valued part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor student progress, collecting and analyzing behavioral data to inform instruction and interventions
  • Coach and consult with teachers, support staff, and administrators to deliver effective strategies in classroom settings
  • Provide direct and indirect ABA services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Lead training sessions for school staff and parents, promoting best practices in behavioral management
  • Maintain thorough documentation and support compliance with all relevant regulations
