Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience delivering ABA services in a school or educationally focused setting
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to work both independently and as a valued part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Monitor student progress, collecting and analyzing behavioral data to inform instruction and interventions
- Coach and consult with teachers, support staff, and administrators to deliver effective strategies in classroom settings
- Provide direct and indirect ABA services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Lead training sessions for school staff and parents, promoting best practices in behavioral management
- Maintain thorough documentation and support compliance with all relevant regulations
