Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Skill in conducting FBAs, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, and providing training to staff and caregivers
  • Ability to manage caseloads, document progress, and adapt interventions as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students referred by school staff
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service personnel, and families to ensure effective intervention delivery and progress monitoring
  • Provide on-site training, consultation, and support to staff on ABA strategies, data collection, and behavior management techniques
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services rendered and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
  • Adapt programming and supports as needed for changing student needs
