Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, though not required
  • Strong skills in student assessment, ABA therapy implementation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school staff to create and oversee individualized ABA programs
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and provide staff training
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Support students across a single school site, impacting both individuals and school-wide practices
