Position Summary
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking 12 experienced BCBAs to support a school district for the full 20262027 school year. This fulltime role is based at one school site, offering stability and the opportunity to build strong relationships with staff and students.
The district is looking for behavior specialists who excel in assessment, intervention planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Behavior Assessments Conduct FBAs and other behavior evaluations
Intervention Planning Develop and monitor individualized BIPs
Data Collection & Analysis Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
Staff Collaboration Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
Student Support Provide direct and indirect services to improve student outcomes
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Experience in schoolbased settings preferred
Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently at a single school site

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.20 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
