Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This opportunity offers a full-time, onsite contract serving PreK-8th grade students across two to three school sites. You'll partner with educational staff to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that make a real impact on students daily lives. Working throughout the 26/27 academic year, youll be encouraged by a supportive team while having the chance to refine your professional expertise.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification with national board credentials
- Experience or strong interest in working with PreK through 8th grade populations
- Ability to travel between school sites within proximity
- Comprehensive knowledge of behavior analytic principles and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure behavioral plan fidelity
- Provide direct support and coaching to implement targeted behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make informed adjustments to strategies
- Consult regularly with school teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate records in keeping with district and professional standards
