Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Current and valid Illinois LBS1 Special Education certification (required)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Previous experience working within elementary and/or middle school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support special education students across elementary and middle schools
- Develop and implement individualized intervention and education plans
- Participate in the STARS program and deliver resource support as assigned
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain compliance with all state licensure and reporting requirements
