Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Prior experience providing behavioral services in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage caseloads and documentation with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement recommended strategies
• Provide training and ongoing support to classroom staff on behavioral interventions and data collection
• Monitor progress, adjust intervention plans as needed, and document outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ethical guidelines for practice
