Job Description

What we're seeking:

  • Current BCBA certification with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Previous experience in educational or school settings preferred
  • Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to conduct assessments, including FBAs, and collect/analyze behavioral data
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Organized, flexible, and driven to work independently as well as coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and consultation to teachers and staff regarding behavior strategies
  • Monitor progress through detailed data collection and refine interventions as needed for ongoing student success
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams to develop goals and ensure compliance with school policies and legal requirements
  • Offer parent and caregiver training to support students beyond the classroom
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records of assessments, plans, and outcomes
