• Active and valid BCBA certification required
• Prior experience supporting students in educational or clinic settings
• Clinical Director experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in assessing, designing, and implementing ABA programs
• Ability to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

• Organized, proactive, and flexible approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Lead, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA therapists

• Provide training, consultation, and ongoing support to stakeholders
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and report outcomes as needed
