Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district! This onsite contract position serves students from pre-K through 12th grade.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Complete classroom and student observations
- Attend meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor BCBA candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- School-based and supervisory experience preferred
