Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working in school settings supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans, functional behavior assessments, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families.
• Ability to adapt interventions to individual student needs across diverse populations.

Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough functional behavior assessments for referred students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct support, modeling, and coaching to school staff in evidence-based behavioral practices.
• Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make ongoing adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education teachers, counselors, and administrators.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized expertise to support student goals.
• Offer guidance and training to families to promote consistency across settings.
