Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to assess, design, and modify behavior intervention plans
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Committed to fostering a supportive and respectful school culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and parents to ensure plan fidelity
• Train and provide guidance to school staff in effective strategies and data collection
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and report outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and help integrate ABA practices within school frameworks
• Stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements in behavioral health
