Job Description

This opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a school setting in Marlborough, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for students, collaborating with educators and staff to promote positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Work directly with students to implement behavior strategies and support positive behavior changes
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
  • Provide training and coaching to school staff on behavior management techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust plans as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working within school environments preferred
