This opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a school setting in Marlborough, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for students, collaborating with educators and staff to promote positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Work directly with students to implement behavior strategies and support positive behavior changes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
- Provide training and coaching to school staff on behavior management techniques
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust plans as necessary
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working within school environments preferred
- Strong skills in behavioral assessment and intervention planning
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
