Job Description
Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a BCBA supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic educational setting. This role offers the chance to work closely with students and educational staff, providing behavioral analysis expertise that contributes to student success and growth. You'll enjoy a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours each week across five days, allowing for strong consistency with your caseload.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certificationwith valid Massachusetts credentials
- Previous experience serving K-12 populations preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, families, and school teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive targeted interventions
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Provide on-site support, coaching, and consultation to classroom teachers and staff
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
