What You'll Bring:
- Current BCBA certification (California)
- Experience with direct behavioral services in school settings preferred

- Proficient in collaborating with school staff and training/supporting RBTs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
What Youll Do:
- Deliver direct behavioral support and interventions to students onsite
- Develop, monitor, and revise individualized behavior intervention plans
- Partner with staff members to implement best practices and strategies
- Support and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in day-to-day interventions
- Assist with trainings and provide resources to staff for continued professional growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines
