This full-time, onsite position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, supporting a diverse caseload of students with varying behavioral needs. Each day, youll collaborate with faculty and staff, using your advanced analytical and intervention skills to foster positive behavioral change across the school community.
What Were Looking For:
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong ability to work across grade levels, adapting strategies for both general and intensive support needs
- Effective communication for teamwork with educators, families, and multidisciplinary specialists
- Proven record supporting students with complex behavioral needs in a school setting
- Flexibility and organizational skills necessary to manage a caseload of 5075 students, with 815 intensive cases
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive behavior analytic support, including direct service, consultation, and staff training
- Complete FBAs and implement high-quality intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document all activities for compliance
- Serve as an expert resource for school teams, contributing to multidisciplinary planning and student-focused decision-making
- Engage with families to support at-home generalization of skills
