- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
- Proven experience developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans in school-based settings
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset focused on positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each students goals
- Train and support school personnel in best practices for ABA and behavioral supports
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed
- Serve as an advocate and resource for families, teachers, and other support staff
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
