Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification with valid credentials
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong skills in conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans
• Excellent communication and consultation abilities
• Collaborative approach to working with multi-disciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and interpret data to inform planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and refine interventions as necessary
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and family members to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings to advocate for student needs and contribute to program planning
