Job Description
An immediate opening exists for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person behavioral services to students with Autism in a school setting. This contract position is located in Salem, NH, and involves working approximately 30 to 32.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities include delivering discrete trial training (DTT) throughout the day and offering real-time support for behavior intervention needs. The BCBA will collaborate closely with students to implement individualized behavior plans designed to support their learning and development.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with Autism in educational environments
- Ability to provide DTT and behavior support in dynamic settings
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
