Qualifications:

  • Active state-issued BCBA license (Massachusetts required)
  • Background in education settingsconducting FBAs and developing BIPs preferred
  • Experience supervising and training paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers
  • Familiarity with data collection, graphing, and reporting for IEPs
  • Compliance with local and district requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Cover 23 school sites within the district
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Write and modify Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collect, graph, analyze data, and prepare progress reports for IEP meetings
  • Supervise, train, and model interventions for classroom staff and 1:1 aides
