A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Lynn, MA. This role involves applying behavioral principles to support students' learning and development through individualized interventions and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor interventions.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavioral techniques and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in school environments preferred.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data collection methods.
