Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working in K-12 school settings or with school-aged children is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and administrative staff
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across different school environments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students referred for support
  • Design, implement, and monitor data-driven behavior intervention plans

  • Train and support school staff in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Maintain thorough documentation and provide progress reports as required
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goals
