Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst seeking a meaningful, onsite contract role supporting schools. Work across multiple buildings and make a positive impact on students education by delivering expert behavioral support and guidance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • State licensure as required for Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Familiarity with writing and updating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong background in supervising and coaching Paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teaching staff
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present behavioral data for IEP meetings
  • Willingness to travel between 23 school sites within the area

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments to identify student needs and drive intervention strategy
  • Develop, write, and adjust Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to individual students
  • Collect and graph data to monitor student progress and prepare reports for IEP meetings
  • Serve as a key resource in training, supervising, and modeling interventions for 1:1 aides, Registered Behavior Technicians, and classroom personnel
  • Ensure compliance with district and state-specific requirements for services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive educational environment
