Bring your expertise and passion for behavioral analysis to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students! A dynamic district near Lynn, MA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position, making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and staff.
As the BCBA, youll collaborate closely with educators and families, providing vital behavioral support and direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role is centered on developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to create positive learning environments across a diverse student population.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA Certification
- Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of designing and evaluating BIPs
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with RBTs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and create individualized behavior plans
- Work with K-12 students across various classrooms and settings
- Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to RBTs and other staff
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions
- Train school personnel on behavioral strategies and crisis intervention techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate case notes and timely documentation
Youll enjoy a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting a manageable caseload.

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
