Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support services within a K12 educational setting in Methuen, MA. This contract position involves working closely with students alongside a dedicated team, helping to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, as well as supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification is required.
  • Experience working with K12 students in educational or clinical environments preferred.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs effectively.
  • Skilled in creating and managing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Job Details:

  • Location: Methuen, MA.
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
  • Caseload involves students in grades K through 12.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress.
  • Oversee and train RBTs to ensure fidelity in intervention delivery.
  • Monitor data and adjust programs as needed for optimal outcomes.
