Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Previous experience delivering ABA services in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Ability to provide staff training and support for intervention implementation
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
What Youll Do:
- Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create effective strategies supporting student achievement
- Train and support paraprofessionals and teachers in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions and progress
- Participate in student team meetings and provide progress updates and recommendations
- Ensure all compliance and reporting protocols are met
