Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Previous experience delivering ABA services in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Ability to provide staff training and support for intervention implementation
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)

What Youll Do:

• Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create effective strategies supporting student achievement
• Train and support paraprofessionals and teachers in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions and progress
• Participate in student team meetings and provide progress updates and recommendations
• Ensure all compliance and reporting protocols are met
