Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to identify student needs
- Design and oversee effective behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school personnel
- Provide training and ongoing support for teachers, aides, and families regarding ABA interventions
- Monitor student progress through consistent data collection and adjust strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and updates
- Maintain compliance with ethical practices, confidentiality, and relevant regulations
