A contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a school setting in Lowell, MA. This role focuses on providing behavior analysis services to support students' developmental and educational goals within the school environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' behavioral and educational needs.
- Monitoring and analyzing student progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Providing ongoing training and guidance to school staff on behavior management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
