Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts BCBA credential required
  • Previous experience supporting PreK and elementary-aged students preferred
  • Demonstrated background in consultative and coaching roles is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior consultation for approximately 65 students
  • Engage with educators and support staff to model interventions and effective behavioral strategies
  • Oversee and support implementation of behavior plans on a coaching-only basis
  • Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning for individual student success
  • Maintain consistent documentation and professional reporting
