Job Description
This full-time, onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position offers a rewarding opportunity to support a district-wide caseload in a school setting in Lowell, MA. The role involves supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and assisting with the development and implementation of behavior plans throughout the school year (26/27).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide guidance to RBTs across the district
- Develop, evaluate, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and clinical teams to ensure effective behavioral support
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet student needs
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts state licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Experience working within school environments preferred
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to manage a district-wide caseload effectively
