Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Prior experience in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) strongly preferred
- Skilled in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Previous experience working with K-12 student populations is advantageous
- Effective communication skills with students, families, and educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school staff to assess, develop, and implement individualized behavior plans for students on your caseload
- Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs engaged in delivering direct services
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive behavioral supports and inclusive educational practices
- Maintain compliance with documentation requirements and ethical standards of the BCBA credential
