Job Description

Step into an impactful role supporting schools in the Windsor, Colorado area for the 20262027 academic year. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive student outcomes and guiding staff across multiple schools, working directly within a district-wide program that serves grades K-12.

In this full-time, onsite contract position, youll collaborate closely with educational teams, offering behavioral expertise where its needed most. Your primary focus will be on providing consultation, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), as well as supervising two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Rather than managing a direct caseload, youll influence best practices on a broad scale, supporting both the autism and behavior programs throughout the district.

Qualifications & Credentials:

  • Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid Colorado BCBA license and CDE credential (must be in hand prior to start)
  • Prior experience consulting, coaching, or training K-12 educational staff
  • Proficiency in completing FBAs, developing BIPs, and mentoring RBTs
  • Strong collaborative skills for working with a multidisciplinary team
  • Availability for full-time, in-person work during the specified contract dates

Primary Responsibilities:

  • District-wide behavioral consultation covering multiple campus sites
  • Lead the design and implementation of positive behavioral interventions
  • Guide staff in evidence-based autism and behavioral support programs
  • Conduct assessments and oversee development and monitoring of BIPs
  • Supervise assigned RBTs and provide ongoing support and feedback
