Job Description

Take on a meaningful opportunity to support K-12 students across multiple school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a collaborative and dynamic school environment. Youll serve as a key resource, working district-wide to assist building staff and empower student success, especially within behavior and autism programs. This full-time, onsite contract position runs from August 2026 through May 2027 and requires a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license in Colorado.
  • CDE certification in hand.
  • Experience supporting K-12 populations preferred.
  • Previous work in developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff across multiple school sites.
  • Availability for full-time, in-person presence during the school year.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide district-wide behavioral expertise and support to staff as needed.
  • Consult with educators and teams in both behavior and autism programs.
  • Oversee and guide the creation and implementation of FBAs and BIPs.
  • Supervise two RBTs, ensuring consistent, ethical, and effective support practices.
  • Serve as an in-person resource for best practices in behavioral support; there is no direct student caseload.
  • Facilitate professional development and collaborative problem-solving among school teams.
