Your day-to-day will involve:
- Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Training and supporting school staff and families in behavior management techniques
- Monitoring student progress, collecting relevant data, and updating plans as necessary
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and administration to ensure cohesive support
- Facilitating professional development and workshops for school personnel
- Maintaining compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
