Key Qualifications:
- Active National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience in a school-based environment, ideally serving K-12 populations
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, educators, and families
- Expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student behavioral needs and design individualized support plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor effectiveness of interventions
- Provide coaching and guidance to teachers and support staff
- Lead training sessions on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Foster positive, inclusive educational environments for students of varying abilities
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
