Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in California
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational or clinical settings
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
  • Comfortable working onsite, conducting observations, and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to individual student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess student behaviors and create tailored intervention and support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Provide training and ongoing support to school staff regarding ABA strategies and intervention
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, modifying plans as needed for optimal success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
  • Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.20 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
