Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Qualifications:
- Active National Certification for BCBA required
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and techniques
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess, develop, and monitor behavioral intervention plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create effective intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies
- Collect, analyze, and document data to monitor student progress
- Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on ABA practices
- Adapt and modify interventions as needed to ensure ongoing student growth and success
- Foster a positive, proactive, and supportive environment for all learners
