Key Qualifications:

• Active National Certification for BCBA required
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and techniques
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, develop, and monitor behavioral intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create effective intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies
• Collect, analyze, and document data to monitor student progress
• Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on ABA practices
• Adapt and modify interventions as needed to ensure ongoing student growth and success
• Foster a positive, proactive, and supportive environment for all learners
