Job Description
This opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a contract position in a K-12 educational setting located in Monrovia, CA. The role offers a full-time schedule with 37.5 hours per week, focusing on supporting students through applied behavior analysis to promote positive learning outcomes.
Responsibilities include collaborating with educators and staff to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, collecting data, and providing ongoing support and training to ensure effective behavioral strategies are in place. The BCBA will work directly with students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade, helping to foster a safe and productive learning environment.
Ideal candidates must hold National Certification for BCBA and demonstrate strong communication skills, experience in school-based settings, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to meet student needs.
