Job Description

Support students growth and success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with PreK-8th grade at multiple school sites. This full-time, onsite contract position covers the upcoming school year and offers the rewarding opportunity to positively impact young learners' development while collaborating with dedicated educational teams.

Seeking a dedicated professional experienced in school-based behavioral analysis. As a valued team member, youll help develop and implement effective intervention plans that foster positive behavioral change and student achievement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • National certification in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with PreK-8th grade students preferred
  • Comfortable working across 2-3 school sites
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for PreK-8th grade students
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies
  • Provide training and consultation to school staff regarding behavioral interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Maintain records and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
