Job Description

Bring your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to a contract opportunity that supports meaningful student outcomes in a dedicated educational environment. This full-time role involves working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) directly within one school, collaborating closely with educators and specialists to deliver assessment, intervention, and consultative services throughout the academic year. The assignment is set to begin on July 20th, 2026, spanning part or all of the new school year (end date to be determined).

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in behavior intervention and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Proficiency with functional behavioral assessments and development of behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
  • Provide direct guidance and modeling for teachers and paraprofessionals implementing behavior strategies
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, school psychologists, and ancillary staff to support the overall well-being of students
  • Offer professional development and support to school staff on behavioral issues and evidence-based interventions
